1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services, products, and content on the naga bhai platform. "Platform" refers to the naga bhai website, mobile application, and all services operated under it.

"User" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses these services. "We" or "naga bhai" refers to the organisation that operates this platform.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. The Bengali version of these terms shall always be considered the authoritative text.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use naga bhai services, users must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old — only users aged 21+ may open an account on this platform.
• You must register under your own identity — creating an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is prohibited.
• The service may not be accessed from regions where online betting is legally prohibited.
• Each user may hold only one active account.

naga bhai may request a national identity card or other government-issued document at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. naga bhai reserves the right to close any account opened with false or misleading information at any time.

3.2 Password and Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the naga bhai support team immediately upon discovery.

3.3 Account Management

A person may operate only one account. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but each account must have a distinct and verifiable identity and must use a separate payment method.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be longer if identity verification or additional security checks are required.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Depositing money obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited. naga bhai may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and may temporarily hold funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

naga bhai offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000 — to withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be used to place bets.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period after being credited may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly like cash — they may only be used for placing bets.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can advance through three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 1.0%, and Gold members receive up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. naga bhai reserves the right to void any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, in which case the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Changes

If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant stake is generally refunded. However, if the time, venue, or rules of an event change after a bet has been placed, naga bhai's defined rules will apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

naga bhai reserves the right to set maximum winnings, single-bet limits, and daily betting limits. These limits may be changed at any time, and users will be notified separately in such cases.

6.4 Casino Game Results

The results of slots, live casino, and other games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is governed by the rules set by the respective game provider.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to steal or access another user's account information.
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Attempting cyberattacks or hacking against the platform.
• Gaining an advantage through arranged betting or collusion with other users.

If a user is found to have engaged in any of the above activities, naga bhai may forfeit all winnings from that account and take legal action.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 naga bhai's Rights

naga bhai may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Financial irregularities or misuse of chargebacks.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

A user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be provided before account closure, unless it has been frozen due to an irregularity.

9 Privacy and Data

Detailed rules on the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, the user is also considered to have agreed to that policy.

naga bhai does not sell user data to third parties. However, specific information may be shared with authorised partner organisations to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or for account verification purposes.

• All financial data is secured with SSL encryption.
• Personal data is not retained longer than necessary.
• Users may request the correction or deletion of their data at any time.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to play is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

naga bhai is not liable for:

• Any bet or transaction affected by internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures in transactions caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Service disruptions caused by faults in the user's device or software.
• Game results affected by unforeseen technical problems.

naga bhai continually works to improve service quality and tries to resolve any issues promptly. However, in the event of loss due to unforeseen circumstances, the maximum compensation shall be limited to the original stake of the bet concerned.

12 Changes to Terms

naga bhai reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been published will be taken as the user's agreement to the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly. Answers to general questions about the platform can be found in our FAQ section.
